This year's list celebrates employers who have gone above and beyond
HRD Asia is proud to present this year's list of 5-Star Employers of Choice.
The list recognises organisations that have delivered in the face of challenges brought on by diversifying workforces and changing employee expectations.
These employers excelled in providing high satisfaction on flexible work, work-life balance, and family-friendly benefits to employees.
One of this year's recognised employers is FUJIFILM Business Innovation Singapore, which saw its multi-generational workforce as an opportunity to cultivate an inclusive culture.
"We want to create an environment where respect and collaboration are the norm – where people listen with empathy and embrace diversity," said Hiow Yim Ong, head of people, culture and CSR, in the special report.

A two-stage process was carried out to identify this year's 5-Star Employers of Choice, which included an employer submission, followed by an anonymous employee survey.
Organisations that received a 75% or greater average satisfaction rating from their employees were awarded 5-Star status.
